Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Important policies every student and instructor must follow

🔹 1. Fee Payment Policy

50% advance payment at enrollment.
Remaining due before 2nd week of class.
Discounts available:
- Two or more course enrollments.
- Seasonal offers (e.g., 30% off in July).
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash.

🔹 2. Refund & Course Adjustment

No refunds after 3 days of course start.
One-time deferment allowed (valid reason only).
Course transfer to another person is not allowed.

🔹 3. Attendance & Certification

75% minimum attendance required.
Weekly attendance is recorded and monitored.
Students receive:
- Digital certificate via email.
- Printed certificate upon request (for physical students).

🔹 4. Class Rules (All Courses)

Be punctual and attentive.
No late entry after 15 minutes of class start.
Respect fellow classmates and instructors.
Phones to be on silent or off during class.
Online Students must use a laptop or desktop (no mobile learning).

🔹 5. Assignment & Final Project Policy

Students must complete all assignments.
Final project must be submitted for certification.
Assessment includes creativity, functionality, and timely delivery.

🔹 6. Communication Channel

Each batch has a dedicated WhatsApp group.
All updates (schedule, tasks, certificates, etc.) are shared there.
Students must not spam or share irrelevant content.

🔹 7. Equipment & Resource Guidelines

Physical students must bring personal laptops (except Computer Basics).
Online students should ensure:
- Stable internet connection.
- Zoom/Google Meet installed.
- Additional tools/software will be informed by instructor.

🔹 8. Code of Conduct

Misbehavior or misconduct will lead to warning or termination.
Harassment, cheating, or plagiarism will result in immediate dismissal.
Nexuses Trainings and Solutions reserves the right to make disciplinary decisions.
